Utah Jazz forward Boris Diaw was asked who he’s rooting for in the Super Bowl this Sunday, and his answer made me smile.
The French player didn’t pick the New England Patriots, the Atlanta Falcons or even Lady Gaga.
The next-best answer, of course, would be: “The food.”
Feasting on a variety of savory and sweet snacks — from chicken wings to chips and dips to candy and tasty desserts — has become as much a part of Super Bowl Sunday as the actual football game.
High-calorie Super Bowl smorgasbords present a major problem for those of us who are trying to eat healthily, right?
